Through the use of our own bespoke software dubbed our ‘Shift Booking System’ we are able to maximise the use of our available resources, ensuring local resources with the correct skill sets are rostered within the railway shift rules and meeting fatigue management requirements which automatically calculates door to door times. It is linked to our competency management database and works in ‘real time’.
